Incoming Dealer FFL Transfers

We must be notified of all potential transfers BEFORE they are sent. For your convenience, you can use Notify Us below and complete the form.

• We only accept firearms from licensed dealers with a valid FFL.

• We only ship firearms to licensed dealers with a valid FFL.

• For transfer services, we do not accept firearm shipments from private individuals.

• To facilitate a transfer, we will provide a copy of our FFL (via email) to any licensed dealer with a valid FFL.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
We DO NOT process ANY transfers to/from California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington and Washington D.C.

• Receiving tracking notification that your package has arrived at our shop does not mean that your firearm is ready for pick up.

• Once properly checked in, you will be contacted that the firearm is ready for transfer.

• Transfers are processed in the order they are received, and check-in may take 2-3 business days depending on the delivery volume.

• Pickup is by APPOINTMENT ONLY and you will be contacted when your firearm is ready for pick up and to schedule a convenient pick-up time.

• Firearms will only be transferred to the customer designated by the transfer form and the packing materials included with the shipment.

• Please make sure to bring your valid (*not expired) Pennsylvania State driver license or State issued I.D. with correct physical address.

• Upon arriving at your pre-scheduled pickup time, you will initiate and complete all necessary paperwork and pay the appropriate transfer fees.

• Once the necessary prerequisites are met, we will initiate the required Pennsylvania Instant Check System (PICS) background check.

• If you are denied as a result of the PICS background Check, you will have 30-Days to resolve the issue or make arrangements to ship back to the originating / transferring FFL.

• Additionally, if you are denied, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to the originating / transferring FFL as well as the initial transfer fee of $55. If arrangements are not made by the 31st day, Red Barn Gunworks shall take possession of the firearm with no further compensation due to the customer.

• Dealer FFL transfers must be picked up within 30 calendar days of arrival. After 30 calendar days a $30.00 storage fee, per month, will be assessed. Any firearm(s) not picked up within 180 calendar days will be surrendered to Red Barn Gunworks as abandoned property with no further compensation due to the customer.

By having a firearm shipped to Red Barn Gunworks, you acknowledge and certify that you understand and accept the transfer requirements as outlined on this page.
